Cary Conrad
President, The Americas

 

Mr. Conrad is responsible for the overall strategic direction of Integralis in the Americas. An industry veteran with more than 20 years experience in managed security services, he began his career at Hughes Aircraft working on the development of airborne radar systems and signal processing technology. Mr. Conrad then joined the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Lincoln Laboratory, where he developed distributed network systems built into high-resolution airborne radar systems. In 1991 he founded Object Systems, a distributed middleware company, where he recognized the growing importance of information security systems, and in particular, the growing need for smaller organizations to outsource information security and compliance services. Prior to joining Integralis, Mr. Conrad was president and CEO of MessageSecure Corporation, a managed services and professional services company focusing on the financial services industry, where he led customer acquisition efforts. He was instrumental in the sale of MessageSecure to Perimeter Security in January 2007.

 

William R. Yeack, CSE
Executive Vice President, Corporate

Mr. Yeack, is recognized as a resourceful, team-oriented executive with more than 25 years experience in driving rapid growth in Recurring Revenue sectors of the information technology industry. He has a demonstrated ability to create and implement successful marketing strategies and form synergistic business alliances that protect investment and assure attainment of targeted returns. Specializing in global transformational leadership he has a proven record of building global, hypervelocity growth organizations through revenue and profitability leadership. Bill has extensive experience with international development and operations and mergers and acquisitions. As one of the Internet luminaries from the 1990's, Mr. Yeack worked early and aggressively to establish the reality of the Managed and Professional Services vision in the industry as EVP of  Services at Exodus Communications and President of Tandem Services as well as leading emerging global financial services projects for Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting).  Mr. Yeack is a seasoned public industry speaker, and has published over 25 books and articles. Mr. Yeack has an MBA from Ohio State University, a B.A. in accounting and Physics and is a Certified Public Accountant.

 

Andrew Lev

Group SVP - Marketing, Alliances and Channels

Mr. Lev is responsible for global marketing and product management strategies and the development and expansion of strategic partnerships for Integralis.  Andrew has over two decades of experience actively growing innovative technology companies – bringing new products and services to market and forging strategic channel relationships.  
Prior to joining Integralis in 2007, Andrew was co-founder and EVP of sales, marketing and channels for Neohapsis/KSR, where he lead the go-to-market and customer acquisition strategy for this next generation  information-risk professional and managed services company.   Prior to Neohapsis/KSR, Andrew was the Founder and CEO of MetaTV where he led the company from start-up to the standard platform for interactive services for over 50% of the US market and a successful sale of the company to Comcast (Nasdaq: CMCSA).  Andrew was one of three Services Directors at Tandem Computers where he formed multi-company consortiums to win substantial (~$100MM) secure and high-availability infrastructure projects worldwide.  Based in Silicon Valley, Andrew began his career at Oracle in enterprise sales during the years of explosive growth in the late 80s.

 

Bill Parmelee
Senior Vice President, Consulting

Mr. Parmelee has an established record of success in building top tier professional service organizations, and in ensuring that sales and resources grow in balance while achieving financial objectives. Prior to joining Integralis he was responsible for turning around the North American professional services go-to-market efforts at MicroFocus, where he led the company to sales increases of 36% quarter to quarter, over six quarters. Mr. Parmelee previously held positions with Andersen consulting and Accenture, where he was responsible for building and leading high performance sales teams. At Accenture he drove substantial growth in solutions sales for the Communications and High Tech vertical. Under Bill’s leadership, revenue derived from the Windows Server platform grew from $250million to over $500million.

Karen Short
Controller

Ms. Short is responsible for all U.S. finance and accounting operations. Before joining Integralis in 2005 she was elected to five consecutive terms as Collector of Revenue for her local municipal government, overseeing collections for its $15 million annual budget. A certified public accountant (CPA), Ms. Short held various corporate financial reporting positions at Cigna, and gained extensive audit experience while working at Deloitte Haskins and Sells, and Coopers and Lybrand. Ms. Short is a member of Integralis's executive management team, advising on financial strategies, working closely with legal counsel on all corporate contracts, and overseeing the company's U.S. investment portfolio

 

Ted Lloyd
Vice President, Managed Services Delivery

Mr. Lloyd is responsible for the worldwide delivery of Integralis’s managed security services, overseeing the company’s consulting, support and professional services teams. His experience includes a proven history of successful leadership in IT organizations. Mr. Lloyd joined Integralis in September 2005 as vice president of engineering. Prior to Integralis he served as security officer for a leading health care technology firm where he was deeply involved with addressing HIPAA and SOX compliance issues, and was previously technology officer for a non-profit financial services organization, serving as chief architect for all strategic IT initiatives.

Yinal Ozkan
Vice President of Sales Engineering

An expert in the field of corporate computer and network security, Mr. Ozkan (CISSP, CISA, CCSI, QSA) specializes in the design of strategic security systems for mid-sized to large corporations and government institutions. During his tenure with Integralis he has managed pre-sales, consulting and engineering teams, restructured pre-sales operations, and developed compliance programs. His extensive experience has helped him build a strong foundation of specialized knowledge in risk management, information security management systems, financial systems, managed security services and network security solutions. He has managed a number of large-scale security infrastructure projects, compliance initiatives, sophisticated firewall and intrusion prevention system (IPS) integration projects, and the implementation of authentication solutions, particularly in the financial services sector. Prior to joining Integralis in 2002, Mr. Ozkan consulted for several Fortune 100 companies. He is the co-author of the book "Advanced Check Point Configuration," published by Sybex Publications.

Kirk D. Jonah
Vice President of Sales

Mr. Jonah brings extensive leadership experience in the technology industry, a proven track record of sales excellence, and strong team building skills to Integralis. As vice president of sales for the eastern region he is responsible for expanding the company’s footprint in the northeastern U.S. Prior to joining Integralis Mr. Jonah worked for CTC Communications for eighteen years, with increasing responsibilities that included serving as regional sales director, and branch manager/strategic sales. In recognition of his contributions as a top producer at CTC, he was awarded multiple Chairman's, President's and Master's Club awards. He holds a bachelor's degree from Ithaca College, and an MBA from Western New England College.
