Georg Magg | Mr. Magg brings more than eighteen years of experience in senior management positions at leading international information technology companies to Integralis. Prior to joining the company in 2003 as country manager for Germany he spent nine years at American Power Conversion, holding senior management roles ranging from key account manager, to European director of sales and marketing. He was previously with Digital Equipment Company where he held increasingly responsible roles in manufacturing, development and purchasing. There he was a member of the EMEA operating board, where he contributed to the strengthening of EMEA operations, and developed highly successful sales and marketing strategies. |
Roger Friederich | Mr. Friederich joined Integralis as a financial controller in 1999, shortly after Articon Information Systems AG had gone public. He played a strategic role in both Articon’s special public offering (SPO) and merger with Integralis. Mr. Friederich then became finance director of the merged companies, serving as controller for the Integralis companies in Europe. He was named commercial director at Integralis GmbH in Germany in December 2002, and was responsible for the successful acquisition of Axipe SA and Netsecure Sweden AB. Prior to joining Articon-Integralis, Mr. Friederich held positions at W.L. Gore & Associates and UUNet Deutschland. He holds degrees in economics and business administration from Witten/Herdecke University, Germany. |
