NTT Com has received additional irrevocable undertakings for the public takeover offer of Integralis AG
TOKYO, JAPAN and ISMANING, GERMANY - 13 July 2009. Further to the announcement released
on 30 June 2009 by NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com) and Integralis AG regarding the
intention of NTT Com to make a public takeover offer for Integralis, NTT Com announces that it has
since received additional irrevocable undertakings to accept the offer from shareholders representing
approximately 14 percent of Integralis’ voting rights.
In total, NTT Com has now secured irrevocable undertakings representing approximately 44 percent
of Integralis' voting rights.
